Timeline

The project is established to deliver much needed housing and community assets for the borough. Work on the vision for Avion Crescent commenced.

Initial surveys of the site are undertaken and some preliminary concept design work is completed.

Commencement of more detailed early design proposals to help inform consultation.

Public consultation on the plans for the future of the site with the area’s residents, businesses and stakeholders.

Ongoing development of the design in response to public consultation, local planning authority feedback and design team development.

Prepare planning application including obtaining wider input from a team of specialist consultants.
