Timeline

Places for Barnet is established to deliver much needed housing and community assets for the borough. Work commenced on the vision for the Trinity Church site on Avion Crescent.

Initial surveys of the site are undertaken and some preliminary concept design work is completed.

Commencement of more detailed early design proposals to help inform consultation.

We’re here: Public consultation on the plans for the future of the site with the area’s residents, businesses and stakeholders. The design team will then review and consider the feedback received.

Prepare planning application including obtaining wider input from a team of specialist consultants.

Submission of a planning application.

Anticipated planning consent.
