Welcome to the consultation website on our proposals for the Trinity Church site on Avion Crescent, NW9 5QY
Our proposals aim to deliver around 145 new genuinely affordable social rent homes. The plans will also provide a new space for Trinity Church on the site, together with a large central landscaped courtyard.
Once completed, the homes will be owned and managed by a housing association for members of the local Barnet community who are much in need of social rented accommodation.
We would like to thank everyone who have provided their feedback online and at the exhibition. The public consultation on the proposals for Avion Crescent is now closed.
