Welcome to the consultation website on our proposals for the Trinity Church site on Avion Crescent, NW9 5QY
Our proposals aim to deliver around 125 new genuinely affordable social rent homes. The plans will also provide a new space for Trinity Church on the site, together with a large central landscaped courtyard.
Once completed, the homes will be owned and managed by Barnet Council for members of the local Barnet community who are much in need of social rented accommodation.
We would like to thank everyone who have provided their feedback online and at the exhibition events which took place on Wednesday 29th January and Saturday 1st February. The public consultation on the proposals for Avion Crescent is now closed. We will be reviewing the feedback in the coming weeks and will continue to provide project updates on this website.

Places for Barnet is a partnership between Barnet Council and London Placemaking formed to assist in the future growth of Barnet. Particular emphasis has been placed on building affordable housing.
